Arpaio told the Phoenix Business Journal earlier this week that he denouncews those types of groups and has his picture taken with all kindsof people, and he can’r perform background checks on The MCSO is under investigation by the federal government over whethet its immigration raids and crime sweepz unfairly target Hispanics.
